• Own the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program end to end: its tracks, the qualification
• Build the kits intermediaries teach from: an activation playbook covering kickoff, admin setup
• Recruit and qualify a pilot cohort of anchor intermediaries, then open a repeatable application
• Design and deliver enablement for network intermediaries, adapting the program to how each reaches
• Build the connective tissue among intermediaries so they learn from each other: shared office
• Support the enablement thinking for Claude Corps: how we extend the reach of fellows and the

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enablement, training, or program management
• Train-the-trainer at scale: built and run a program that qualified other people to deliver your
• Learning design and delivery: designed adult learning experiences end to end, including curriculum
• Nonprofit ecosystem fluency: worked with or inside the intermediaries that reach mission-driven
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools: use Claude and/or other AI tools in your day to day and
