📋 Description

• Run scheduled Partner Bootcamps, adapting the internal onboarding curriculum into partner-facing
• Own the partner certification process: administer assessments, track completion, and issue
• Maintain a partner-facing knowledge base (guides, FAQs, troubleshooting docs) that mirrors internal
• Serve as the first point of contact for partner questions during and after certification.
• Monitor partner-led implementations for early signs of drift from the Campfire standard, and flag
• Collect partner feedback on training gaps, confusing configurations, or product friction, and route

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or training/enablement — ideally with
• Strong communicator who can explain technical configuration steps clearly to an external audience
• Organized and detail-oriented: comfortable owning a certification pipeline and tracking who's where
• Comfortable running live sessions (bootcamps, workshops) as well as producing written/video
• Execution and delivery mindset — success means faithfully scaling what's already been built, not
