Own internal tooling for the ISV partner org: pipelines, dashboards, Genie spaces.
Build and maintain the stack on Databricks; collaborate with Apps and AI teams.
Early user of new features; collaborate with Developer Relations to share learnings.
Role based in San Francisco; reports to Partner Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in data/analytics engineering or similar hands-on AI role.
Heavy hands-on production experience with Databricks data engineering.
Strong SQL and Python; built production data pipelines.
Built analytics layer: dashboards, metric definitions.
Experience building AI apps or agentic workflows (LLM-powered).
Hands-on use of AI tools daily (Replit, Claude, Codex).
