• Own and scale partner field marketing strategy; drive co-marketed events.
• Develop targeted partner engagement for executive dinners, roadshows, and events.
• Partner with Alliances and Sales to identify strategic partners and target accounts.
• Drive partner engagement across initiatives; ensure qualified prospects and pipeline.
• Design partner-integrated event experiences with priority accounts.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve engagement, events, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in partner marketing or related go-to-market in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Proven program delivering measurable pipeline via partner engagement.
• Experience executing top-tier executive events and conferences.
• Experience ABM in partnership with Sales and Channel/Alliances.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and partner-led demand generation.
• PM and stakeholder mgmt; influence cross-functional teams; uses AI to optimize campaigns.
