Bachelor's degree; 1-2 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or technical field a plus
Strong analytical instincts and data storytelling
Comfort with ambiguity and self-starting ownership
Curiosity about AI tools (e.g., Claude) to speed work
Excellent spreadsheet skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); Claude/Snowflake a plus
Clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences
