Build routing framework for implementations; track outcomes and refine.
Handoff designs: sales to implementation and to CS with clear standards.
Partner program operations: onboarding, enablement, certification, and attribution.
Time-to-value tracking: define benchmarks and own reporting.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in implementation or partner programs
Systems-minded with process-oriented mindset
Comfortable using AI tools for ops work
Proven track record building scalable processes
Ability to influence across teams without formal authority
Fintech/FP&A or finance-adjacent SaaS experience a plus
