Partner Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

📋 Description

• Collaborates with Outside Sales to drive site-based outreach
• Builds internal and cross-functional partnerships
• Secures new and repeat business via virtual appointments and calls
• Meets activity requirements regularly
• Partners with schools and childcare centers to assess needs
• Hosts virtual product presentations of services
• Researches local, state and national trends and funding
• Works with leadership to inform sales strategies
• Partners with outside sales, retail and professional services to support educators
• Identifies sales leads and collaborates with the sales team
• Participates in weekly team strategy meetings
• Supports special projects with outside sales and campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience making high-volume outbound sales calls in Inside or Outside Sales
• Strong sales track record in EC and K-5 education sector
• Familiarity with education industry dynamics and decision-making
• Strong work ethic and ability to work from home
• Solid presentation skills for teachers, admins, and directors
• Highly coachable with eagerness to learn and accept feedback
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated to improve and succeed
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
