Partner Integrations Lead

📋 Description

• Act as main point of contact and partner-facing subject matter expert on the Home Improvement
• Manage integrations with new partners and new product rollouts for existing partners.
• Lead and facilitate cross functional communication to ensure internal alignment and prioritization
• Lead technical response for production incidents related to Home Improvement integrations
• Triage inbound defect reports by severity, reproduce issues in staging environments, and document

🎯 Requirements

• 6-7+ years of work experience
• BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience leading complex technical integrations, along with specific expertise in RESTful API
• Subject matter expertise in the Home Improvement or a similar merchant financing space is ideal
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and persistent attitude with the desire to go deep in details
• Comfortable working in a startup culture with the ability to earn trust
