Partner Lead

📋 Description

• Lead operational and strategic execution for a key partnership.
• Own day-to-day partnership workstreams and drive contributions.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Data, Risk, Legal, Finance, Eng, Product, and Marketing.
• Provide analytical support to the GM, including MBR/QBR prep.
• Develop solutions with unit economics and clear P&L impact.
• Escalate risks proactively and prioritize across competing workstreams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, or high-growth tech/finance.
• Strong analytical skills; quantify P&L impact.
• Clear, direct communicator who can lead executive-level discussions.
• Highly organized; able to structure solutions across multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable in ambiguity; make progress without complete info.
• Proven track record of flagging risks with urgency.
