📋 Description

• Own a named book of 100-120 high-potential partner agencies.
• Build and execute partner account plans with targets, MDF, and tiers.
• Develop vertical GTM motions with partner marketing (ABM, campaigns).
• Surface and resolve partner friction with cross-functional teams.
• Incorporate field feedback to shape MDF policy and tier criteria.
• This is a high-visibility program; influence its evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in partner management or channel/alliances.
• Proven track record growing a named partner book with revenue influence.
• Strong communicator with agency founders, CEOs, and senior leads.
• Data fluent; able to pull reports and spot trends.
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Co-sell fluency; worked with direct sales and deal-reg.
