Partner Manager, EMEA (French Speaking)

📋 Description

• Define and grow Webflow's partner ecosystem in key EMEA regions
• Build acquisition and BD strategies to expand the program
• Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, product, and marketing to equip partners
• Identify, pursue, and acquire new partners aligned with ISPP
• Manage partner relationships to generate co-sell opportunities and revenue
• Foster long-term collaborations and partner account adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a Partner Management role with KPIs for partner-sourced pipeline
• Experience with partner marketing, programs, or business development
• Experience expanding partners in geo-specific regions like France/Southern Europe or other
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and balance partner vs internal priorities
• French language fluency is highly preferred
