  • Own and deliver partner-sourced pipeline across VARs and RSIs.
  • Drive pipeline creation via joint prospecting and co-selling with field sales.
  • Improve partner attach rates by positioning Chainguard in security and cloud offerings.
  • Accelerate deal velocity by enabling partners early in the sales cycle.
  • Identify, recruit, and prioritize high-performing partners for Chainguard.
  • Execute joint business planning with partners, including targets and enablement milestones.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years of Software Channel Manager experience.
  • Experience working with and through VARs.
  • Successful sales background with quota overachievement.
  • Startup experience a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who structures ambiguous problems into executable steps.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with public speaking.
