📋 Description

• Own the clinical research and evaluation agenda for global health.
• Design clinical evaluations and validation frameworks for LMIC contexts.
• Develop metrics linking model capability to care quality and outcomes.
• Build and manage global research partnerships; engage with WHO and regulators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve Claude for LMIC clinical use.
• Contribute to broader portfolio; help set strategy across health streams.

🎯 Requirements

• Medical training (MD/GP/MBBS/DO) with LMIC care delivery experience.
• Concrete understanding of LMIC clinical workflows for AI tool design.
• Direct experience evaluating or validating clinical AI/ML tools and safety gaps.
• Deep expertise in clinical research and evidence generation for digital health or AI.
• Strong regulatory knowledge for clinical AI, including WHO processes and LMIC authorities.
• Track record building research partnerships with academic and in-country researchers.
• High agency, team orientation, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Drive to maximize impact for underserved communities; travel ~25%.
