Partner Manager (Hong Kong, Taiwan & Philippines)

📋 Description

• Build partner practices through business plan development, account planning, and partner
• Drive end-to-end sales engagements alongside partners — from discovery through close —
• Develop and execute joint GTM plans; lead pipeline generation, demand generation activities
• Manage partner ecosystem governance including readiness assessments, quarterly business reviews
• Develop and execute capacity plans to ensure partners are positioned to sell and deliver successful
• Direct and align partner investment opportunities with areas of greatest opportunity; ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Risk & Security background: experience in or strong familiarity with Security Operations
• AI fluency: demonstrated experience leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or
• 10+ years in partner/channel management or sales leadership in technology/SaaS; proven track record
• Strong coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to manage complex partner
• Deep understanding of cloud services, enterprise software platforms, and competitive landscape.
