Partner Manager - Marketplace (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day supplier relationships (job boards, media agencies, and other recruiting-service
• Act as first point of contact for supplier requests, routing to the right internal owner within SLAs
• Manage supplier integrations, migrations, and new-product launches end-to-end
• Lead strategic marketplace projects from ground up with defined scope, milestones, timelines, and
• Maintain accuracy of supplier catalogue, pricing, and product data across the marketplace
• Monitor supplier margins and contribute to take rate, exploring new commercial opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• 5+ years of business experience managing supplier/vendor/partner relationships
• Proven ability to manage structured projects independently from planning to delivery
• Working knowledge of API/data-integration basics with potential to deepen technical fluency
• Track record of combining hands-on execution with strategic thinking
• Experience managing internal and external complex stakeholder structures
