  • Own West Coast PE relationships SF/LA; in-market dinners/events.
  • Conduct intro calls with PE firms, their portfolio execs.
  • Generate pipeline via outbound prospecting into West Coast PE.
  • Build prioritized West Coast target list; track CRM metrics.
  • Collaborate with account executives to progress PE opportunities.
  • Create marketing materials; analyze targets; support case studies.
  • Coordinate with Partner Marketing on West Coast events.
  • Share partner insights to influence channel strategy and prioritization.
  • Maintain clean CRM records for firms and contacts.
  • Support internal reporting and QBRs on West Coast channel.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-6 years in PE BD, sourcing, partnerships or related roles.
  • Established credibility with PE partners and execs from day one.
  • Proven outbound relationship development; high-volume outreach.
  • Strong organizational skills; manage multiple firm relationships/workstreams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; present clearly.
  • Based in San Francisco; comfortable in-market evenings for events.
  • Self-starter; autonomous in fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • High professionalism; build trust quickly with PE partners and Brex teams.
