Partner Manager, Private Equity

📋 Description

• Source, recruit, and sign PE firm partnerships aligned to growth strategy
• Develop joint GTM with partners to drive referral and co-sell revenue; own quarterly SQO targets
• Deepen PE leadership and portfolio relationships to unlock vendor status and portfolio-wide initiatives
• Enable partner teams to refer Anrok; collaborate on co-marketing materials
• Represent Anrok at PE industry events and conferences to build pipeline
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales to shape PE partnership strategy and track performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in private equity plus SaaS partnerships
• Proven success sourcing and growing partnerships that drove material revenue
• Experience carrying goals in a quota-carrying role
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to scale strategic initiatives
• Exceptional relationship builder earning trust with PE partners and leaders
• Strategic thinker and self-starter thriving in ambiguity
• Strong written and verbal communicator; negotiator for PE-facing content
• Travel domestically 1x per month for partner meetings and events
