🎯 Requirements

• Strong in selling through partners, able to influence people not directly managed, such as bank
• Consumer marketer instincts, with familiarity in lifecycle, CRM, push and in-app messaging, and
• Roots in your market, native French or Portuguese plus strong English, and knowledge of local
• Zero-to-one experience, building playbooks and shipping assets without existing templates or teams.
• Commercial sense, understanding co-funding, milestone-based spend, and attribution limits.
• Daily AI use, knowing which outputs need human review.
