Partner Marketing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Configure and launch partner marketing campaigns in Salesforce, including registration pages
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for partner events, including venues, catering, audiovisual
• Manage the regional marketing swag program, covering inventory, ordering, fulfillment
• Maintain budget trackers and manage purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliation
• Develop repeatable operational frameworks such as campaign calendars, project trackers, intake
• Monitor and report campaign performance, including leads, deal registrations, pipeline influence

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, field marketing, campaign
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, including campaign setup, attribution, and
• Experience managing vendors, sourcing suppliers, negotiating requirements, and ensuring external
• Strong budget-management skills, including experience with purchase orders, invoices, vendor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly when managing complex
