Partner Marketing Lead

📋 Description

• Manage and execute co-marketing campaigns with merchant partners across North America
• Develop full-funnel campaign strategies across onsite, offsite, and affiliate channels
• Build and nurture day-to-day marketing relationships with merchant partners
• Optimize Affirm Marketing Solutions programs to drive revenue, GMV, and customer acquisition
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
• Serve as a merchant advocate and coordinate internal cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Partner, Performance, Affiliate, or Product Marketing
• Experience developing and launching marketing programs across multiple media channels
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models
• Understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms
• Analytical and data-oriented with focus on performance metrics
• Experience using performance analytics to optimize campaigns
