📋 Description

• Set the multi-year vision and global strategy for Services, GSI, and Technology/ISV partner
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team of four Partner Marketing professionals across APAC
• Build trusted relationships with partner CMOs and senior Stripe leaders. Develop joint strategies
• Own a portfolio of differentiated programs for strategic partners and scalable programs for the
• Shape joint value propositions, messaging, and customer evidence, and turn successful programs into
• Establish governance for market development funds and other investments, alongside the performance

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including substantial experience in partner
• A track record of setting and leading global marketing strategy across regions, translating company
• Experience building, leading, and developing a distributed team of experienced marketers, including
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with a high degree of autonomy
• Proven success delivering measurable partner-marketing outcomes and using analytical and financial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to simplify complex issues
