Partner Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own BD-Partner relationships and leverage them in campaigns
• Activate partners during campaigns and ensure co-marketing support
• Manage GTM launches from start to finish with cross-team coordination
• Drive on-the-ground campaign and event execution
• Build and refine partner activation processes and handoffs
• Keep relationships up-to-date with next steps and milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Strong relationship management in web2 and web3
• Detail-oriented and organized; follow up on commitments
• Execute campaigns, coordinate events, and drive GTM plans
• Process-driven; build and improve campaign launch systems
• Self-motivated, autonomous with accountability
• Experience with Agentic Marketing and AI-optimised marketing
