Partner Marketing Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Partner Marketing strategy and execution for France and Benelux within the EU Partner Marketing team.
• Act as regional Point of Contact for Partner Marketing in France and Benelux; own local value proposition, brand positioning, network growth and events.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, Wellbeing Engagement, Product Development and Revenue teams to align strategy and execution.
• Directly impact growth and satisfaction of Wellhub's partner network; drive engagement and PSAT goals.
• Drive market-specific initiatives such as GTM launches, campaigns, and promotions with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Native in French and fluent in English; based in France.
• Dutch knowledge a plus.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally with Partner/Channel/Product or Revenue Marketing in B2B or B2B2C.
• Proven ability to build value propositions, brand positioning and GTM strategies; regional lead.
• Experience managing industry KOLs, associations and strategic partners.
• Data-driven marketer; comfortable with CRM and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
