Partner Onboarding Program Specialist

📋 Description

• Handle inquiries from companies that are not yet ServiceNow partners regarding the ServiceNow
• Respond to a wide range of inquiries from newly onboarded partners — training content, licensing
• Drive partner enablement by actively leveraging existing partner training and enablement programs
• Plan and run networking events that connect implementation partners and reseller partners with
• Identify technically strong implementation partners as Focus Partners and support their advancement
• Connect partner and ServiceNow account teams to help create new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• Flexible communication and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Prior experience in new-partner onboarding in the IT industry is strongly preferred
• Ability to quickly learn new product knowledge and apply it to day-to-day work
• A proactive mindset for using AI to improve personal efficiency and maximize business outcomes
• English reading proficiency: most source materials for the program are in English, so accurate
