Partner Onboarding Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day onboarding launches and training.
• Schedule live and shareable training for new locations.
• Maintain partner pages and configurations in internal systems.
• Monitor post-launch activity and escalate issues.
• Track cross-functional launch steps with CS, Product, Data, Localization.
• Triage partner support requests and route to appropriate teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple work streams.
• Clear communicator in Slack, email, and async environments.
• Detail-oriented with a bias toward documentation and processes.
• Ability to work independently and follow through end-to-end.
• Experience with Confluence, Slack, Asana, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with marketplace, gig economy, or platform operations.
• Experience supporting a team in a coordinator or specialist capacity.
