Partner Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as day-to-day administrator of the PRM portal, managing content, pages, and access.
• Troubleshoot portal issues; first point of contact for L1 partner and PAM system questions.
• Maintain workflows for Deal Registration, onboarding, tier management, and compliance.
• Process and validate Deal Registrations, ensuring data accuracy and timely approvals.
• Identify bottlenecks and data quality issues; recommend and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain process docs, FAQs, and training materials for PAMs and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in sales operations or partner operations
• Hands-on Salesforce (reporting, data management, basic configuration)
• Experience with PRM platforms (Salesforce Experience Cloud, Impartner, Allbound)
• Strong analytical skills; build reports and spot data issues
• Strong written and verbal communication with partners and cross-functional teams
• Meticulous attention to data integrity across systems
