Partner Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Serve as a resource for internal and external stakeholders on partner benefits and enablement
• Guide partners in leveraging Esri’s Partner Community and digital tools for growth
• Support adoption of the partner program by collaborating with partners, distributors, and internal
• Assist in implementing and optimizing partner program policies and workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation to support partner engagement and internal operations
• Develop resources and collateral based on best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of partner, channel, or sales operations experience
• An appreciation for technology and willingness to learn high-level technical concepts
• Ability to develop productive, strong relationships with internal teams and partners to meet
• An analytical mindset with the ability to create reports, interpret results, and make
• Proficiency with Microsoft office products
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, and writing
