  • Own and optimize Partner Operations tech stack across PRM, Tackle.io, Crossbeam.
  • Implement PRM end-to-end: deal registration, pipeline visibility, rebates, entitlements.
  • Drive evolution of the Partner Program: MDF, tiering, entitlements, pipeline visibility.
  • Partner with GTM Systems/Deal Desk to optimize price book and close partner-led deals.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships to optimize workflows: lead funnel, onboarding, incentives, agreements.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Finance, and Business Ops for partner data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in partner/channel/sales ops at high-growth SaaS, with ownership of partner programs.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise: reporting, dashboards, PRM, CPQ, and partner tools (Tackle, Crossbeam).
  • Build operational foundations: deal registration, partner tiering, MDF, incentives.
  • Analytical/data modeling: Excel/Sheets, BI, SQL preferred.
  • Translate complex problems into insights for exec and GTM teams.
  • Ownership mindset, accountable, able to turn ambiguity into action.
