Partner Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Drive partner and service performance for Airbnb's Delivery function.
• Operationalize outsourcing and manage multiple partners/services.
• Be the single point of contact across Delivery and CS; manage relationships.
• Present performance updates to leadership and ensure alignment with Global CS Delivery.
• Set up partners to deliver exceptional support; prioritize high-impact areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer service/operations; 5+ years in partner management/BPO.
• Fluent in English and one of Spanish, German, French or Italian.
• Proven track record improving partner/service performance as a regional ops manager.
• Experience deploying resources to manage real-time crisis situations and high-severity cases.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting to identify trends and develop standards.
• Translate goals into concrete partner actions; willing to travel.
