Partner Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of a group of commercial print partners in Lob’s Print Delivery Network
• Run partner scorecards, dig into on-time delivery and quality data, drive corrective action when a
• Audit partner invoices against contracted rate cards and tier structures, recover overcharges
• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) and SQL to automate audits, scorecards, and reporting across Redshift
• Enforce the Lob Paper Program and substrate specs, and hold partners to PostalIQ go-live benchmarks
• Within 6 months: own scorecards and weekly operating cadence for partners, complete full partner

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing commercial printers or contract manufacturers
• Working knowledge of print production and mail: offset vs. inkjet, finishing and inserting
• Fluency reading commercial printer rate cards, volume tier structures, and invoices
• Comfort in SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling
• Demonstrated use of AI/LLM tools to replace manual operational work, with examples of workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
