Partner Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Recruit, manage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10-12 Partner Operations Associates and
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and career development
• Participate in hiring activities, including interviewing, candidate evaluation, selection, and
• Partner with Lead Partner Operations Associates to improve team quality, productivity, operational
• Maintain a limited personal caseload of approximately 25% of working time to remain familiar with
• Monitor team performance metrics, identify trends and coaching opportunities, and implement actions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or a closely related healthcare environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading, managing, or supervising operational teams.
• Proven experience coaching employees through performance management, professional development, and
• Experience interviewing, selecting, onboarding, and developing team members.
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and workflows supporting healthcare
• Familiarity with prior authorization operations or similar healthcare administrative functions is
