Partner Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Operational Execution: Own end-to-end partner onboarding and data collection.
• Design and deploy AI agents/workflows to automate tasks and reporting.
• Review PartnerStack apps; maintain forms; manage commissions.
• Drive internal change management with clear documentation and guides.
• Collaborate with Legal, Billing, Sales, Partner Managers, and CSMs.
• Maintain CRM data health across Salesforce, PartnerStack, Wrike; build reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in Partner/RevOps or Sales Ops (B2B SaaS).
• AI/Automation: build AI agents/workflows with Gemini or ChatGPT.
• Strong Salesforce (SFDC) and partner platforms; PartnerStack a plus.
• CWM tooling: Wrike, Asana, Monday.com.
• Analytical mindset; manage diverse data; ensure data integrity and actionable reports.
