Partner Order Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support sales teams and channel partners through the full sales cycle
• Use Salesforce CRM & CPQ to assist sales reps
• Manage high-volume intake queue and SLAs
• Manage partner deal registrations and lead routing
• Review contracts and order paperwork for accuracy
• Create order forms and guidance on complex deal structures; escalate issues

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years Order Management,Sales Ops, or Deal Desk in SaaS
• 2+ years working with channel partners
• Ensure order details and docs are updated in the system
• Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and contracting guidelines
• Experience in high-volume multi-transaction environments (EOM/EOQ/EOY)
• Thrive in fast-paced, evolving, high-growth env and implement new processes
