Partner Program Lead

📋 Description

• Design, launch, and refine Harvey's global partner program structure.
• Own the partner portal and systems for onboarding and co-selling.
• Build and run partner enablement and certification programs.
• Define and maintain KPI framework; use data to drive changes.
• Escalate and resolve partner issues with Sales, CS, Product, Legal.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and BD to design scalable partner motions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in partner programs, ecosystem ops, or channel programs in SaaS/AI/ML.
• Proven track record designing global partner programs and lifecycle management.
• Strong program mgmt; translate strategy into roadmaps and timelines.
• Analytical; define metrics and act on data with imperfect inputs.
• Executive presence and communication with senior partner leadership and execs.
• Calm, customer- and partner-focused; navigate escalations to outcomes.
