• Design, launch, and refine Harvey's global partner program structure.
• Own the partner portal and core partner systems experience.
• Build and run partner enablement and certification programs.
• Define and maintain core partner KPI framework and data.
• Serve as operational escalation point for partner issues across teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and BD to scale partner motions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in partner programs or channel ops in SaaS/AI/ML.
• Proven track record designing and operating global partner programs.
• Strong program management and cross-functional execution.
• Analytical with metrics-focused decision-making.
• Executive presence for senior partner leadership.
• Calm, customer- and partner-obsessed, with relationship skills.
