Partner Program Manager

📋 Description

• Drive operational strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of partner programs
• Design scalable processes to reduce manual work and improve program efficiency
• Take ownership of complex challenges across the partner lifecycle and develop actionable solutions
• Improve partner onboarding journeys, lifecycle touchpoints, and support workflows
• Develop operational frameworks for commercial transactions, incentive administration, and referral
• Manage partner technology ecosystem and vendor relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus
• 5–8 years of experience in partner program management, project management, partner management
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex environments and turn unclear problems into actionable
• Strong project management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of modern partner program structures and lifecycle management
