📋 Description

• Own and evolve the OpenSesame Partner Program and operating model.
• Design scalable partner programs, governance, and enablement.
• Build roadmaps and operating rhythms aligned to OKRs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive partner-led growth.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS partner programs or in operations.
• Cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS.
• Experience designing and scaling partner programs and operating models.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Euler, Crossbeam, and Gong.
• Analytical with ability to build dashboards with Revenue Operations.
