• Provide operational support for Microsoft partner programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting partner programs, alliances or ecosystem ops (tech or SaaS preferred).
• Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
• Strong operational discipline with attention to detail.
• Experience with reporting, tracking, and multiple workflows.
• Ability to work with partial US time-zone overlap.
