Partner Programs Manager, EDU

📋 Description

• Develop and drive the completion of partner agreements in collaboration with EDU leadership and
• Track commitments covering fees or revenue share, course delivery, cancellations, reporting
• Manage contract amendments, renewals, and partner exits
• Serve as the primary EDU contact throughout partner engagement, onboarding, ongoing operations
• Maintain strong partner relationships, resolve concerns, and establish regular business reviews and
• Coordinate CrossFit obligations with EDU Operations, Analytics, Product, Content, Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, vendor
• Demonstrated experience negotiating agreements and managing external partner relationships from
• Experience tracking contractual obligations, program performance, and partner satisfaction
• Experience in education, professional learning, certification, licensing, or a related
• Familiarity with the CrossFit ecosystem and educational programs. CrossFit Level 1 or higher
