Partner Project Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain partner relationships; understand needs; deliver solutions aligned with Fever's goals.
• Oversee lifecycle of partner events and projects; coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance) to ensure timely and seamless execution, while tracking actions and progress.
• Define KPIs; analyze data; implement growth strategies; prepare reports on achievements and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges; tailor solutions; ensure partner satisfaction.
• Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform product, marketing, operations.
• Gain a deep understanding of Fever's teams and processes to advocate for partners' needs and contribute to team-wide initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• +2 years experience in PM or consulting.
• Available to work weekends.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical, solutions-focused; strong multi-workstream org skills.
• Proactive, curious mindset; eager to explore ideas.
