Partner Project Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain partner relationships; understand their needs and objectives.
• Oversee partner events and projects; coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely execution.
• Define KPIs, analyze data, and drive partner growth; prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and build tailored solutions.
• Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and operations improvements.
• Understand Fever's teams and processes to advocate for partner needs and support initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management or consulting.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Proven stakeholder management with strong communication skills.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proactive, curious mindset; eager to explore ideas and exceed expectations.
• Collaborative team player; willing to take ownership and support others.
• Strategic thinker who leverages data to drive decisions and address challenges.
