• Define partner learning objectives, competency models, and knowledge structures.
• Translate product launches into structured partner readiness frameworks.
• Structure content to support both traditional learning and AI-powered knowledge.
• Design modular, reusable learning objects for digital and instructor-led delivery.
• Create persona-based journeys for Account Executives, Systems Engineers and Solution Architects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Instructional Design or related field.
• Experience in learning architecture, partner enablement, or related fields.
• Proven experience with enterprise tech solutions: storage, cloud, AI, data.
• Proven track record enabling global partner ecosystems across routes to market.
• Translate complex tech into actionable learning outcomes; strong collaboration.
• Knowledge of RAG, semantic search, metadata, and AI-ready content.
