Partner Research & Success Manager

📋 Description

• Manage customer relationships across research projects; onboarding and education.
• Provide project management support; track deliverables and risks.
• Summarize customer analyses in Truveta reports/decks.
• Improve internal processes; maintain team workflows.
• Facilitate client growth; maximize value of engagement.
• Occasional domestic travel (~5x/yr) and meetings across US time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in real-world data (RWD/RWE) or public health research.
• 2+ years in customer success/account management or consulting for life sciences.
• Experience with R, SQL, and Python for analysis.
• Understanding of business value of RWD to pharma/medical devices.
• Strong project management, written and oral communication, and ownership.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
