📋 Description

• Establish and own the initial network from scratch by identifying and engaging key decision-makers
• Lead outbound sales activity across cold calling, video meetings, and social selling to rapidly
• Ensure a high-quality partner foundation for our corporate clients by negotiating and finalizing
• Own the partner onboarding and handover process to deliver a smooth experience, while collaborating
• Partner with regional leadership as a key source of market feedback, sharing Austrian insights
• Drive results by consistently meeting and exceeding targets for new partner acquisitions, building

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or the fitness industry. Experience in a startup or
• Communicate fluently in German and English.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• Thrive on building processes from scratch and take ownership of your work.
• Motivated by targets and bring high energy to outbound activity.
• Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce (a plus).
