📋 Description

• Firm operating cadence. Run a recurring cadence with each assigned firm with clear agendas
• Firm-wide relationship depth. Build relationships beyond the typical platform owner, into a firm's
• Define and deliver joint initiatives with your partner firms that support the growth of their
• Portfolio enablement. Run portfolio-facing enablement: workshops, office hours, founder sessions
• Work closely with the Braze sales team on founder and portfolio-company introductions, converting

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Partnerships, Sales, Business
• Comfortable being the single point of contact for a named portfolio of firms, and confident enough
• A track record of building operating cadence and joint programming with external partners.
• Highly organised and execution-focused, able to manage multiple firm relationships and initiatives
• Naturally curious, high EQ, and comfortable operating at every level within an organisation, from
