Partner Services Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee partner-led implementations from solution design to go-live, making sure scope, timelines
• Provide regular, clear status reporting across Bloomreach and partner organisations, raising risks
• Hold partners and internal stakeholders accountable for delivery commitments and for keeping
• Enable SI partners on Bloomreach delivery processes and best practices, working with Solutions
• Identify opportunities for partners to build managed services that improve customer adoption
• Build strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as their advocate and trusted advisor

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment, working with partners or within an SI
• Strong project management experience, including agile methodologies and supporting tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve efficiency or service quality, for example automating
• Proven ability to enable stakeholders on processes and best practices.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders
• Customer and partner obsessed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology company.
