📋 Description

• Act as strategic technical leader for partner ecosystem in EMEA.
• Manage lifecycle of partner agreements from planning to governance.
• Translate Elastic capabilities into business value for partners.
• Architect and co-create solutions integrating Elastic tech with partners.
• Lead design wins and provide technical blueprints for industry solutions.
• Build trust and advocacy with partner technical teams.
• Collaborate on co-marketing and enablement for activation campaigns.
• Travel up to 30% within the EMEA region.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in tech solutions, architecture, and cloud infra.
• 5+ years with multinational customers in tech sales support.
• Understanding of AI, semantic/search, vector tech; RAG and NLP.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Excellent communication to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and seizing opportunities.
• Strong history of customer relations and value-driven architectures.
• Ability to inspire teams and focus on impact areas.
• Willing to travel up to 30% in EMEA.
