• Drive growth with partners across your portfolio.

• Create and maintain a Technical Engagement Plan per partner.
• Deliver enablement, labs and proofs of concept with partners.
• Co-architect solution blueprints and reference architectures.
• Travel up to 40% across LATAM.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technology solutions, architecture, consulting
• 3+ years pre-sales in software; partner-facing
• Working knowledge of security ops or observability; AI/semantic search
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
• Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese; travel ~40% LATAM
• Technical depth in at least one Elastic solution area (AI agents & Search, security ops, or observability)
