Partner Solutions Architect (Pan-EMEA GSI)

📋 Description

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner tech resources
• Participate in joint business planning to align Datadog and Partner teams
• Support partner initiatives: demos and proofs of value; enable workshops
• Advocate for partners' technical concerns with Datadog teams
• Analyze partner services and recommend Datadog feature adoption
• Collaborate with product mgmt, engineering, and services for new features

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical grounding in IT development and/or operations
• 10-15 years in customer/partner facing technical roles
• Self-starter with business acumen; articulate Datadog value
• Confident presentation skills
• Hands-on in two+ areas: Observability, Cloud, Containers, Scripting, Config Mgmt, CI/CD
• Bonus: channel partner tech support or Datadog experience
