📋 Description

• Lead KYB onboarding operations for partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and support.
• Own the KYB onboarding process, chase stakeholders, remove blockers for efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee Partner Support and Onboarding teams; ensure workflows are efficient and tickets timely.
• Lead account management to build trusted partner relationships aligned with company goals.
• Build frameworks and policies for onboarding and exceptional client experience.
• Establish and maintain metrics of success for partnerships and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or partner operations.
• Proven experience in KYB onboarding, partner account management, or related operations.
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and independent, able to work without close supervision.
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino to guide associates and engage partners.
